When one is able to achieve the highest level of health (homeostasis) in body, mind and spirit, one's physical power strengthens (as it also becomes more flexible), our focus sharpens, and our awareness of who we are to ourselves and to others deepens. Through daily practice of self healing, self awareness, daily journaling (a process to transform negative thoughts, feelings and history into a positive, progressive and empowering action), verbalizing affirmations, our confidence grows, the body/mind connection thrives and a sense of wholeness of person ignites into fiery passion. As an added result and benefit thereof, the ego (stemming from insecurity) decreases and dissipates and inner peace prevails.
With the supportive powers of our peers who can be taught to uplift and enhance our strengths while recognizing our weaknesses bring more compassion, empathy and nurturing from others. Learning the idea of "mudita" or vicarious joy, also encourages others to do do well, succeed and go forth with fortitude and courage to break boundaries, think outside the box and create our innermost personal desires, passions and aspirations.
Further, we will explore ways to actively create peace and homeostasis and even mudita --vicarious joy for another's success and well-being.
